Lettings Negotiator - GKR International : Job Details

Looking for a lettings negotiator to join a highly successful and experienced boutique agency in Notting Hill.This is a unique position a very reputable independent company in Prime Central London.Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
• Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the process.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
• Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.

  What we need in you:

• High achiever.
• Engaging personality and well-spoken.
• Motivated and driven.
• 1-2 years + experience.

• Basic salary of £25,000 OTE £70,000 +
