Lettings Negotiator - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Loughton area, is looking to employ a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. They have consistently been market leaders this year and to continue this success, they are looking for an individual with a vast amount of experience to join the team.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• Basic - £25,000
• OTE - £40,000
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Career Progression

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
• Every Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00
• Day in Lieu

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:

• Experience Winning Instructions
• Experience Working in a fast-paced environment
• The Determination to push a branch forward
• Full UK Driving License
• Experience completing the full lettings life cycle
• A full understanding of legalities surrounding lettings

As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Booking Viewings
• Booking and Winning Market Appraisals
• Negotiating offers
• Driving the business forward
• Tenant Qualification/Tenant Screening
