Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Streatham, SW2

Salary: OTE £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is a highly successful, independent Sales and Lettings Agency and they are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their professional team based at their offices in Streatham.

You will need to have a great track record and a high level of experience in residential Lettings and in generating and winning business from both Landlords and applicants.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build great rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

You need to be able to work independently as well as being part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

Previous experience of having worked in residential lettings is essential as is the ability to step straight into a role where you are winning instructions would be beneficial!

The Company: Our client is established, privately owned, independent Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Shepherds Bush & Hammersmith area.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:

• Excellent previous experience in Residential Lettings
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of South West London
• Full Driving License
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency & Lettings
• A keen desire to want to develop a career in Property
