As Lettings Negotiator, you’ll register potential tenants, show them around properties and network to bring on new instructions.

Salary – £25,000 Basic + Commission - OTE £35,000

Location – Oxford

Role Type – Full time / 8:30-5:30 / Mon – Fri / 1 in 4 Saturdays (9-1)

The Role

This role is ideal for someone seeking a new challenge with a diverse lettings portfolio. You'll handle multiple properties, search for new instructions, and manage a list of applicants, ensuring they’re regularly contacted and offered suitable properties.

You'll be responsible for producing lettings paperwork, maintaining compliance with our Residential Letting SOPs, and liaising with clients from marketing through to letting.

The role also involves conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and securing the necessary documentation and funds for move-ins.

We are looking for someone who has lettings experience already or has had a high level of exposure to it via another role within the property industry.
