LETTINGS NEGOTIATORFulham Salary - £25K + Comms £65K OTE An exciting opportunity for an ambitious LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR , to join a successful team in a fantastic FULHAM location.   Our client is looking for a LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join their team. If you love to work hard, are excited by the opportunity to be the best, really believe that you can sell and believe that you have “that little bit extra” compared to those around you, this is the job for you.  Key Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and recording detailed search criteria
• Responding to tenant inquiries and viewing requests
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Securing offers and negotiating to achieve best offers
• Booking property valuations and answering general enquiries from potential clients
• Driving business forward and hitting targets
• Managing expectations from client
