We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for a high performing lettings team based in Uxbridge. The agency pride themselves on offering excellent customer service to all their clients. This is a great opportunity to work with a well known brand Estate Agency dealing in Sales, Lettings, Property Management and Land and New Homes. The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset. Ideally you will have previous experience within lettings, but the company are open to a Trainee looking to get into the property industry. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator position include:

• Basic £20,000 - £23,000
• OTE £30,000
• Mon to Fri working every other Saturday

Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator position include:

• Registering and qualifying potential tenants
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Liaising between landlords and tenants
• Property inspections
• Booking appointments and conducting viewings

The skills required for the Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• High level of customer service skills ideally with customer service background
• Well spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• An excellent team player
• Target driven
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
