This is a great opportunity to join a well regarded local Sales and Lettings Estate Agent who have built up an impressive reputation in the local area. Due to recent business growth they are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in Knowle. • A basic salary of up to £24,000 plus commission OTE of £30,000+ #
• Parking on site
• Holiday allowance of 20 days plus bank holidays

Lettings Negotiator – Duties

• To work with the lettings team to achieve branch goals, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant
• Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
• Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
• Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
• Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
• Process move ins, working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
• Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants
• Maintain regular communications with both landlord and tenant through the process, ensuring a quality working relationship is fostered and maintained. 
• Support the wider lettings team in order to support a well run branch and lettings department. 

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
• Great Sales/ Customer Service experience.
• A natural with people
• Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
• You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
