• Booking and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Offering a high level of customer service
• Diary management and a good understanding of excel/word
• Managing and liaising with tenants and customers 

Skills & Experience for this Senior Lettings Consultant role:

• Driving license is essential
• A passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional communication skills
• Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
