Lettings Negotiator - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Are you an experienced Lettings negotiator looking for a new opportunity in North London?

My client is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their established team in the Finchley area

Salary package on offer for the role of Lettings Negotiator

• Up to £25,000 basic
• OTE – between £40,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday – 9am – 6pm
• Alternate Saturdays 9.30 – 1pm

Requirements for the role of Lettings Negotiator

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Full UK driving license
• Own vehicle
• ARLA qualification (preferred not essential)

Responsibilities included in the role of Lettings Negotiator

• Attending Viewings
• Creating long term relationships with clients and tenants
• Overseeing a portfolio of around 70 – 80 properties
