Responsiblities - Lettings Negotiator:

As a Negotiator within their team, you will play a vital role in connecting with applicants (tenants looking to rent property). Daily duties include:

• Building relationships with applicants through effective time management, focusing on morning calls and booking viewings.
• Conducting viewings in the early afternoon, with a two-hour slot dedicated to paperwork in the afternoon.
• Engaging in additional viewings during the late afternoon and evening.

Package - Lettings Negotiator:

Candidates can expect an enticing package, including:

• Location: Fulham Broadway or Sloane Square
• Salary £30k pa first 3 months
• Commission Structure: Flexible options at the beginning of every month, allowing negotiators to choose between £15,000 and 10% commission or £25,000 and 5% commission.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm, every other Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Friday Meeting: 6 pm.
