Lettings Negotiator - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

My client, a well regarded Estate Agency in West Yorkshire, are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The role is an office based position offering a varied workload. Experience in the industry is essential

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am – 2pm

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• £24,500 Basic
• Monthly Commission structure
• Quarterly and Annual Bonus
• On Target Earnings of £28,000 - £29,000

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Experience in industry
• Strong Telephone manner
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to Negotiate

• Arranging Viewings
• Tenant Referencing and Applications
• Booking Check ins and Inspections
• Property Management
