LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Tilehurst, RG30

Salary: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator with proven record in residential lettings who is confident, mature, responsible and highly motivated.

The perfect candidate must be able to build and maintain relationship with people and be someone who has an understanding of what customer service really means.

You will be able to illustrate successes that you have had in the industry to date and you should be well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.

The Company: Our client is a leading Independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency with a flourishing business, an excellent local reputation and several busy offices in and around the Reading area.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Tilehurst / Reading area helpful
• Full Driving Licence and car owner essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
