Do you have Property Management experience?

If so we are very keen to speak to you. WE'RE EXPANDING

We're looking for someone with experience to join our existing team of Property Managers. You will be responsible for managing a part of our Portfolio and will report directly to the Branch Manager.

We're friendly and have a very nice working environment and support each other to deliver a premium service.   

You will work an average of 39 hours pw. A pool car is available for business use for over 25’s. We can also offer a Pension, a Personal Development Plan tailored to your aspirations, career progression opportunities and social events.

INITIAL SCREENING WILL BE BASED ON THIS CRITERIA: 

1. Do you have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in Lettings ?

2. Do you have experience of Payprop or LetsPay or other rent payment software ?

3. Do you have experience of property inspections and resolving maintenance issues ? 

4. Do you have a full UK license ?
