Our school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programs.
• Support students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support student learning.
• Assist with classroom management and organisation.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
