Randstad Education is collaborating with a primary school in Birkenhead, Wirral, to find a dedicated Level 3 Early Years/Childcare Qualified Teaching Assistant. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a nurturing learning environment, working five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to Early Years pupils.
• Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Ensure classroom ratios are maintained in accordance with guidelines.
• Foster a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Help monitor children's progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
• Be available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
