Job Vacancy: Level 3 Qualified Early Years/Childcare Teaching Assistant

Location: Birkenhead, Wirral

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with the classroom teacher to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
• Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and learning.
• Maintain classroom ratios to ensure a safe and structured learning environment.
• Provide individual and small group support, helping children build confidence.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor and report on student progress to support their ongoing development.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
• Have experience in a primary school setting and an understanding of classroom dynamics.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Be enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
• Be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
