Level 3 EYFS Practitioner role & responsibilities:

 Plan and implement engaging EYFS curriculum activities

 Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment

 Observe and assess children’s development

 Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesLevel 3 EYFS Practitioner Non-negotiables:

 Level 3 qualification in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

 Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

 Strong understanding of EYFS framework and child development
