Level 3 Nursery Assistant - Prospero Teaching : Job Details

ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Teaching Assistant for an Ofsted "Good" Primary school in Kensington and Chelsea, West London.

The school is a popular three-form entry mainstream Primary School with a supportive Early Years leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and provides training to all staff.

The position is only open for Level 3 CACHE or NVQ Level 3 or a degree in Childcare/Early Childcare. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Kensington and Chelsea, West London
• Nursery Teaching Assistant
• ASAP start
• Duration: until July 2025 (could extend to permanent, depending on performance)
• Contract type: Temporary to Permanent
• Full time (Monday to Friday)
• Minimum rate: £85 per day
• Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Holds CACHE or NVQ Level 3 or a degree in Childcare/Early Childcare
• Minimum 1 year experience in the UK
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
