Level 3 Personal Trainer (permanent, self employed) - Complete Life Fitness : Job Details

Complete Life Fitness Private Studio Gym in York is looking for a new trainer to join our on-site team!

About Us: Complete Life Fitness offers bespoke personal training, lifestyle coaching, and nutritional advice to a diverse clientele. Our private facilities enable us to create tailored programs for clients at any fitness level, whether they’re starting fresh or looking to reinvigorate their exercise routines. As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering these personalised services.

Key details:

• Pay: You will earn £25 per hour (after rent deductions)
• Self-Employed Status: As a self-employed personal trainer, you will be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions
• Client Base: You'll be handed some clients but will also need to build your own client base
• Flexibility: Set your own schedule and manage your clients independently
• You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most qualified PTs in the industry, working with complex injury cases as well as world class athletes
• Requirements: Relevant fitness certifications (minimum Level 3 Personal Trainer), public liability insurance, excellent time management skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals

What We're Looking For:

• At least a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (Level 4 or a related degree is preferred)
• Qualified first aider or willing to undergo first aid training
• Experience in client acquisition using social media, networking, and partnerships with local businesses
• Proven track record of working with a diverse client base and creating tailored training programs
• Passionate about personal training and dedicated to client success
