License Approval Coordinator - Paul Mitchell Associates : Job Details

Location: Leicester Office based Salary: £25,000 Job Type: Full-Time permanent About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Licensing Approvals Coordinator to join our team in Leicester. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire licensing approval process, from the initial concept stage to final production. You'll work closely with designers, sales account managers, and merchandisers, ensuring all critical paths are met. Building strong relationships with licensors, maintaining internal systems, and reporting data will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: . To be responsible for all stages of the licensing approval process from initial concept stage to final production. . Work closely with designers, sales account managers and merchandisers on their critical paths. . Establish a close relationship with licensors and attend meetings when required. . Maintaining internal processes and systems. . Data reporting. . Be responsible for tracking approvals and chasing licensors for urgent or late comments with and without prompt. . Be responsible for updating designers / account managers / merchandisers with Licensor approval comments and following up where necessary. . Organise local and overseas couriers for the Approvals department. What We're Looking For: . Enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. .
