B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft EngineersSyntech Recruitment is proud to be partnered with one of Europe's largest Maintenance Repair Organisations (MRO), specialising in the maintenance of Airbus A320 / A330 and Boeing 737 series aircraft. Our client is a well-established leader in the MRO market across Europe, known for delivering high-quality, reliable services to the aviation industry. Due to continued growth, we have several exciting opportunities for B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our partner's Base Maintenance Department. Reporting to the Check/Zone Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing maintenance work on Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 & A330 series aircraft, adhering to prescribed airworthiness standards.
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks as assigned by the Check/Zone Leader and meeting the customer's delivery requirements.
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship to ensure aircraft integrity.
• Logging all completed work in the appropriate IT systems as directed.
• Recording all work performed on the relevant paperwork progressively and signing off as required.
• Ensuring correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials.
• Keeping the work area clean and orderly at all times.
• Adhering to all company, regulatory, and Health & Safety procedures.
• Complying with all relevant airport regulations and procedures.

• Hold a current EASA Part 66 B1/B2 Licence with relevant type ratings.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working on either A320, A330, or 737NG/CL aircraft.
• Proficiency in MRO computer systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals for repairs and instructions.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to pass a 5-year security background check.
• Eligibility to live and work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction.
