• Ensure pool safety and maintain a welcoming, high-standard environment for all residents and guests.
• Provide exceptional 5-star customer service at all times.
• Monitor and follow health & safety protocols, including pool testing and water safety procedures.
• Assist with poolside duties, cleaning, and general upkeep of the leisure club.
• Support front desk operations, handling guest queries, answering calls, and performing administrative tasks.

What You Need ? National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) – Essential? Experience in a 5-star leisure, hospitality, or customer service setting.?
