Job Title: Business Development Manager - Entertainment LightingLocation: Yorkshire | HybridSalary: £30,000 - £60,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings to showcase the range of high-end entertainment lighting products
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to win over potential clients
- Reignite relationships with old accounts and ensure client retention
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events/installations
- Attend industry relevant trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and exhibit the latest product ranges
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry (We are also open to hearing from experienced lighting technicians with a desire to shift their career into sales)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
