Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of contemporary processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of robust specification experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills that foster long-term collaboration.
- Profound knowledge of LED lighting and controls applications, with a strong familiarity with architectural lighting products and solutions portfolio.
- Flexible, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and added value to external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to oversee projects from specification to order, commissioning, and sign-off, collaborating effectively with stakeholders and supported by the distribution network.
