Job Title: Production Line Leader

Location: HullSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus Excellent Benefits PackageHours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team to achieve the production plan. Onboarding and inducting new starters.
• Report maintenance and technical issues to senior management.
• Work to KPIs on efficiencies and improvements.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Adhere to and enforce a "clean as you go" policy.
• Support Senior Management in implementing change initiatives.
