About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in onboarding new clients, managing stakeholder relationships and handling Irish and international listing applications. This position offers you the opportunity to work on complex regulatory processes and grow your expertise in financial and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients and matters for existing clients
  • Managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and managing listing applications, primarily for the Central Bank of Ireland and Euronext Dublin, with opportunities to handle international applications over time
  • Drafting listing documentation, including application forms, cover letters and collating AML documents required by stock exchanges
  • Managing filings with Irish regulators and exchanges
  • Securing international identifier codes (ISIN, CFI, FISN and LEI) for clients
  • Supporting clients with ongoing listing obligations
  • Assisting with ad hoc team projects and broader client services

Your Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience as a Listing Advisor/Executive in a law firm, stock exchange, regulator, corporate services provider or other firm
  • Skills: Strong organisational and administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail and an interest in legal or financial services
  • Attributes: Excellent communication abilities, client-focused mindset and the ability to build strong, professional relationships
