Job Opportunity: Litigation Fee-Earner – Landlord and Tenant Litigation

Location: Uckfield, East Sussex

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Fee-Earner to join the busy Landlord and Tenant Litigation Department of a firm in Uckfield. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal or CILEX-qualified professional with experience in litigation and dispute resolution to further develop their career in a supportive legal team.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Paralegal-level or CILEX qualified with a background in litigation
• Prior experience in landlord and tenant matters is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided

Skills:

• Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team

On Offer:

• Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Full-time, office-based role: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Opportunity to work in a growing team with in-house training provided
