Litigation Lawyer - Essex

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Lawyer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years of experience handling their own caseload. Based in Chelmsford this opportunity offers the successful Litigation Lawyer the opportunity to develop their career in an established and friendly multi-office practice.

The successful Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will offer experience in both Commercial and Civil litigation and be able to handle their own diverse caseload autonomously.

The Role:

• Building a good rapport with referrers and clients
• Dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters to include landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency and commercial litigation.
• Working alongside the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
• Working with the rest of the team to develop new opportunities and communicating our message to attract new

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or qualification by experience. With a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Good knowledge and experience of a diverse range of litigation matters
• Strong communication and organisational skills
