Litigation Lawyer – Manchester

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigator with demonstrated staff management capabilities to head up our client's Housing Disrepair Breach of Contract Team based in Manchester City Centre.

In this role, you will be:

• Managing a team of 10+ who ensure that client's agreed repairs are complete
• Identifying training needs 
• Being a key point of referral for fee earners on technical points
• Ensure cases are progressed in a timely fashion 

Your experience and expertise will include:

• Substantial litigation experience including knowledge of the CPR and Part 8 proceedings 
• Staff management experience 
• Demonstrated track-record of succeeding in a target driven environment
