We at Simpson Judge are currently working with an excellent boutique firm who have a rare opportunity for a litigation paralegal to join their specialist commercial/property litigation team.

The property litigation division in Stourbridge is led by a distinguished professional in the field and is backed by a team of skilled solicitors who adopt a composed, supportive, and empathetic approach to mentoring and nurturing junior members.

In this position, you will gain extensive hands-on experience in property litigation, collaborating closely with senior solicitors. Additionally, this role offers promising avenues for career advancement, including various pathways to becoming a solicitor.

Caseload:

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property litigation and debt recovery casesProvide expert advice to clients on property-related queriesDraft and review legal documentsWork with a diverse range of clients to offer effective legal solutionsAttend court hearings when necessary
