Litigation Solicitor - Gibson Jones : Job Details

A well recognised and respected law firm is looking for a skilled commercial litigation solicitor to join its esteemed dispute resolution team.

This role is ideal for a lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years PQE experience in handling a broad range of dispute resolution matters. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload commercial disputes, such as commercial contract disputes, property, shareholder conflicts, and insolvency claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on legal matters and providing strategic legal guidance

• Conducting client meetings and managing relationships
