Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled litigator to handle a broad caseload of civil and/or commercial litigation matters, providing expert legal advice and representation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of civil and/or commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, professional negligence, and contentious probate.
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents.
- Handling pre-action negotiations, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and court proceedings.
- Representing clients in mediation, settlement discussions, and court hearings where appropriate.
- Providing clear and strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring excellent client service.
- Managing case deadlines effectively and ensuring compliance with procedural rules and court timetables.
- Assisting with business development and building strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in litigation.
- Proven experience in handling a broad range of civil and/or commercial disputes.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in case management systems and legal research tools.
