The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat, Email & Social Media Advisor to join our contact center in Hinckley, Leicestershire. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through multiple channels including live chat, email, and social media. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for answering their questions and issues.
