Live-In Care Assistant – Rewarding Role with an Award-Winning Team

As a Live-In Carer, you will provide one-to-one, high-quality care for individuals in their own homes, helping them live as independently and happily as possible. We believe in caring for our carers too, offering a supportive and flexible work environment with longer breaks to help you recharge.

Your Role

No two days are the same. Every client is unique, and your care will be tailored to their needs. Your duties may include:

• Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and hygiene support

• Administering or prompting medication

• Offering companionship and organising social outings

• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition

• Household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping

• Keeping daily records to ensure excellent care

What We’re Looking For

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care who have a passion for helping others. To be successful, you should:

• Be patient, kind, and compassionate

• Be enthusiastic with a strong desire to support others

• Have good written and verbal communication skills

• A driving licence is preferred but not essential

• Six months of professional live-in care experience is desirable but not required

Hours & Work Pattern

• 24/7 live-in role – one week on, one week off rotating shift
