The RoleA leading international/foreign bank within the City of London is seeking a junior Mandarin Speaking Loan Settlement Administrator to join their team. Primarily focusing on improving efficiency and service quality in loan settlements. This is a great opportunity for someone junior in their career to gain great exposure across a very well respected bank.Responsibilities

• Check ticket and e-permit details
• Manage all processes around FOVA
• Register Nostro account cashflows
• Make drawdown payments as instructed
• Update Loans Register and interest rates
• Ensure receipt of interest/principal and payment of fees
• Coordinate loan system upgrades
• Maintain Nostro positions
• Follow AML procedures and report suspicious transactions
• Cover treasury settlement, clearing, payments, trade services, and reconciliation
• Conduct daily CASS review operationsSkills Required
• Loan Settlements experience
• Mandarin speaker is mandatory
• Good organisational ability and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people from different departments
• The ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary
• Accurate reporting skills
