Key Responsibilities-

• Strong processing/control of all loan agency related transactions
• Documentation review (Loan Agreements and Security Documents)
• Successful and timely settlement of all Loan related payments
• Successful and timely processing /control of all other loan document provisions
• Develop full understanding of the Loan Administration, Loan Agency business
• Loan Closing & Transaction Management including new financings, supplementals, amendments, side letters and vessel deliveries.

Key experience-• Agency/Loans Business Experience
