Locum Housing Litigation Paralegal – 3 months + – Predominantly Remote Working – Full-time – Up to £25 per hour (Umbrella) – Midlands

Position: Locum Housing Litigation Paralegal

Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority

Duration: 3 months initial contract with the likelihood of further extension

Working Pattern: Full-time

Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working – must attend Court when required

Hourly Rate: up to £25 per hour Umbrella (dependant on experience)

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority handling a caseload of Housing Litigation matters within an emphasis on Disrepair and Section 11 work is also required.

Duties may include:

• To undertake aspects of legal work relating to Housing Litigation including Section 11 matters
• Supporting a team of Lawyers and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
• To act on behalf of the Council and attend court when required
