Locum Litigation & Personal Injury Lawyer – 3 - 6 months + - Predominantly Remote Working – Full Time – Up to £55 per hour – East Midlands

Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Personal Injury Litigation, including industrial disease, noise induced hearing loss, HAVS, Highway Claims and historic abuse.

Duties may include:

• Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Personal Injury Litigation with a focus on industrial disease, noise induced hearing loss, HAVS, Highway Claims and historic abuse
• Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
• To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to Personal Injury Litigation and support case preparation for Court
