A well-regarded firm based in Central London is seeking a Locum Planning Solicitor to join their team on an interim basis while they recruit for a permanent position.

Opportunity Details:

• Firm: Prestigious and dynamic Central London law firm
• Location: Central London, with hybrid or fully remote working options available for those outside of London

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on planning law matters, including development, infrastructure, and regulatory issues
• Assisting clients with planning applications, appeals, and Section 106 agreements
• Providing strategic advice to public and private sector clients
• Managing a varied caseload of planning matters independently

Position Information:

• Start Date: March 2024
• Duration: Temporary cover while the firm recruits permanently (3 months with high likelihood of extension)
