Location: Shetland IslandsDates: 02.12.2024 to 31.03.2025 Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (37 hours per week)

About the Role:NHS Shetland is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our team on a locum basis. This position requires candidates with prior NHS experience and expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, providing evidence-based interventions.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in training and supervision of junior staff and students.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Physiotherapist with relevant Band 6/7 experience in MSK physiotherapy.
• Previous NHS experience is essential.
• Excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
