Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering therapeutic interventions under the guidance of qualified therapists.
- Support patients with their daily therapeutic activities and exercises.
- Prepare and maintain therapeutic equipment and materials.
- Monitor and record patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a healthcare or therapeutic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care principles.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in a therapy assistant role.
- Familiarity with electronic patient records systems.
- First aid certification.
