Your Role
As a Logistics Business Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced service delivery.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory controls (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley).
- Develop business cases for change initiatives and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
- Lead business process design, system implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in SAP EWM, 3PL logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage IT applications for business transformation.
- Expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and other EWM/3PL logistics tools.
- Experience managing third-party providers, ensuring service delivery and support.
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience, working across Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Business Partner Master Data and Material Master Data.
