LOGISTICS CLERK - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

NEW POSITION - Our client is seeking an experienced candidate who has strong experience in freight / logistics within ocean imports and exports.

You will be providing a high level of customer service and assisting customers operationally within imports and exports and working with the customs team.

Duties include:

• Creating customs records for import / export documents
• Booking cargo space
• Pricing jobs
• Handling key accounts
• Booking transport with hauliers and airlines
• Raising airway bills and preparing all docs ready for exports.
• Processing import / export docs for ocean, air and road freight

Skills required:

• Good knowledge of ocean import and exports
• Basic knowledge of air and road freight
• PC literate
• Steady work history
• Outstanding commutation skills

Working hours:

Monday-Friday 0900-1730- fully office based
