Job Description :
Hales Group are happy to be working with very well known brand throughout East Anglia!! They are looking for Logistics Coordinator to join their successful logistics team to help with their contracts and customers. This is a challenging and rewarding role. The successful candidate would ideally have good IT skills, including an understanding of the SAPB1 system, as well as administration/time-management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. This role will be site-based working 40 hours a week on day shift with some flexibility to work from home on occasion. The main duties will include: 
  • Managing internal and external customer relationships
  • Managing the order and invoice processing for all customers
  • Overseeing and managing service levels to all customers
  • Building a good relationship with our contracted haulier, and managing the flow of deliveries between us, them and our customers
  • Being the main point of contact for invoicing queries
  • Providing cover for the Warehouse Co-ordinator, to include REVL orders, PPE orders, tanker paperwork
  • Producing documents, general office work and supporting the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisors
