Logistics Coordinator - Kevin Theobald Recruitment Agency : Job Details

Responsible for the ordering processing and timely shipping of all sales orders received. In particular, but not exclusively, this will involve entering sales orders into computer system and raising all necessary export documentation for shipping.

The role is purely a shipping role so the candidate must be happy processing shipments daily which is a main requirement for the position.

• Raising delivery notes for picking orders on relevant warehouse
• Providing packing & shipping instructions to warehouse & freight forwarder
• Co-ordinating collection of shipments from warehouse via freight forwarder
• Raising all necessary export documentation
• Advising customers of shipping details and forwarding necessary documentation
• Responsible for obtaining POD’s for all shipments and filing accordingly
• Organising pre-shipment inspections and dealing with inspection agency
• Shipments can be by road, sea, air and courier to worldwide destinations

Hours Mon-Fri 9-5.30 pm with 30 mins for lunch
