Are you a detail-oriented and proactive logistics professional looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment? A well-established logistics company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Northampton.

The Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating multimodal shipments across global markets, ensuring smooth operations from booking to delivery. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, handling logistics in challenging and complex markets, and ensuring all shipments run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple regions
• Coordinate transport, equipment, and export documentation for multimodal shipments
• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, customs agents, and international offices
• Provide tracking updates and reports to customers, ensuring smooth communication
• Maintain accurate data entry and invoicing within in-house systems
• Problem-solve logistical challenges and ensure timely delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Logistics or freight forwarding experience - any background in road, air, rail, or multimodal transport is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• A problem-solving mindset - adaptable and solution-driven
• Competency in MS Office & logistics systems
• A second language is a plus but not essential
