We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Operator to join our UK based team in Enfield. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and secure handling of factory stocks and materials, supporting our production build plan effectively. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure material quality and a safe working environment.
• Handle the release of production shop orders, creation of pick lists, marshalling of kits, and completion of 1st issue transactions.
• Update stock records for shop order shortages and other issues as required.
• Conduct daily cycle counting, update counts, analyse variances, and report as necessary.
• Validate and receipt items onto company premises within agreed timescales and control their movement to the required areas.
• Initiate and manage the replenishment of bin-items and production consumables.
• Facilitate the return of defective materials to suppliers and manage customer collections.
• Ensure security measures to prevent unauthorised access to storage and dispatch areas.
• Physically pick and pack consignments for customer/site requests and update records accordingly.

• Proven experience in a Stores/Warehouse/Goods Receiving/Packing and Dispatch role.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in operating a forklift truck and must possess a current counterbalance forklift truck operating license.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Physically fit as the role involves manual handling/lifting regularly.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Flexibility to work outside normal working hours and in outdoor conditions as needed.
