Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a business with global presence. We are looking for a Logistics Product Manager to support the e-commerce operation.

The ideal candidate will already be operating in a Product Manager role and will have international experience within retail and or an e-commerce organisation.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Logistics Product Manager to lead the development of the international product portfolio. This role will be pivotal in driving growth and innovation by collaborating across multiple functions to deliver high-quality, competitive products and services. You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure international offerings meet customer needs and remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development & Strategy:

    • Oversee the development of international products, ensuring they meet customer needs and operational objectives.
    • Identify new product opportunities (B2C, B2B, C2X) through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
    • Develop product specifications, pricing strategies, and requirements in partnership with functional teams across the business.
    • Continuously improve product fulfillment strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work cross-functionally with IT, Operations, Commercial, and Customer Service to align product strategies and drive successful outcomes.
    • Provide insights and expertise on customer needs to inform new product or service development.
    • Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, influencing key decision-makers at all levels.
  • Market Analysis & Innovation:

    • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to ensure our products remain competitive.
    • Benchmark product performance against competitors and regulatory requirements, driving innovation and operational improvements.
    • Build strong relationships with strategic partners to enhance and expand our international product offerings.
  • Lifecycle Management:

    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch, ensuring that products meet customer expectations and operational requirements.
    • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a roadmap for the international product portfolio.
    • Ensure compliance with SLA agreements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contractual obligations.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Monitor product success, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement or new feature development.
    • Leverage data and insights to refine products and make recommendations for new features or enhancements.
  • Commercial Support:

    • Assist the commercial team with customer tenders, pitches, and new business opportunities, ensuring that product solutions are tailored to meet client needs.
    • Analyze the commercial performance of products (pre and post-launch) to drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within international or eCommerce products.
    • Proven track record in product development, strategy implementation, and product lifecycle management.
    • Experience in consumer-focused product development and delivery, particularly in dynamic and fast-paced industries.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
    • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred) or other CRM/product management tools.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of international logistics and parcel management systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience with IT/Operations integration for product development is an advantage.
  • An innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve products and processes based on market trends and customer feedback.
