Look Manager - Addition : Job Details

We are looking to recruit a Look Manager (Project Manager - Sporting Events). This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Company who operate at the focal point of sports, music, entertainment and culture, serving talent, brands and properties across the world!

What You Can Expect

• Location - North Carolina, United States
• Salary - Up to $65,000
• Work Type - Fixed term contract for 22 months

Main Responsibilities as a Look Manager (Project Manager - Sporting Events)

• Complete the scoping and final verification of the scope of works on assigned venues.
• Specification of the materials, methodology and other requirements to install the Look items
• Then take the details forward to oversee the production, installation and removal of all Look elements (Signage, Banners, Marketing, Sponsorship) in the venue (s) allocated.
• Work closely with FIFA to capture all requests and subsequently update the database for production.
• Coordination with the procurement, production and operations team as well as the central team (reporting).

Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of site operations and brand opportunities (how to get things done).
• Understand material types and purposes (what works where)
• Proven experience in a project management capacity or equivalent.
• Experience in the operational planning, organisation and problem solving with great attention to detail in multi-sport international events.
• Excellent communication and team building skills.
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Creative thinker able to problem solve and provide innovative solutions to client briefs.
• A "hands on" "can do" attitude with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Flexibility with travel when needed as this role will be split between North Carolina and the stadiums you’ll be working on.
