This role is integral to maintaining the “catch to plate” concept, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and process.

About the Role: As the Fishmonger, you will be responsible for running the fresh fish and seafood counter and shop, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining exemplary retail standards

• Ensuring high standards of presentation, stock condition, and control

• Reacting to sales trends and communicating updates to the Restaurant Manager & Head Chef

• Providing excellent customer service

• Utilizing strong merchant skills to deliver financial results

About You: The ideal candidate will have:

• A natural flair for customer service

• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• An eye for detail

• Basic knowledge of fish and knife skills (an advantage)
